DESCRIPTION
We use a combination of fresh blackberries, Callebaut chocolate and Chambord liquor to create this jam. It is a delightful dessert jam, fabulous over ice cream, poached pears or eaten straight out of the jar. You can use this as a cake filling, between two layers of puff pastry or simply on your scone or breakfast toast.

I recently tasted this jam as well as a few others (Peach Lavendar, Strawberry Balsamic) from Sunchowder's Emporia, and they were all amazing! This is what jam is supposed to be - simple, homemade, and just delicious. I just bought a few more as holiday gifts for friends!
