Pineapple Tangerine: Fresh Costa Rican pineapples and local Florida tangerines combined by hand with wholesome cane sugar and Hawaiian crystallized ginger make up this fresh, gorgeous sun-ripened jam! Loaded with fresh pineapple flavor and texture, this jam is a customer favorite.
Zucchini Ginger: Our Zucchini Ginger Jam mixes fresh-grated Hawaiian ginger with fresh grated zucchini for a burst of warm spicy, sweet flavor. The unexpected combination of flavors and heat from the ginger make this delicious when drizzled over cream cheese as an appetizer.
Tangerine Ginger Rum: Fresh Florida tangerines mixed with crystallized ginger, Meyer’s rum and infused with fresh vanilla bean makes for a delightful spread! It also makes a wonderful ice cream topping and a fabulous glaze for chicken.
All made with hand-cut fresh fruits and vegetables, mostly local to us in Florida, we cook our jams in copper kettles without pectins and thickeners, the old-fashioned way. Pair these three jams with a variety of crackers, cookies and cheeses for a fun tasting party!
