Strawberry Balsamic Jam (8 oz.): Fresh strawberries combined with the highest quality balsamic vinegar and a hit of pepper take this strawberry jam to the next level.
Raspberry Pepper Jam (8 oz.): Fresh raspberries, pure cane sugar and habanero or scotch bonnet peppers combine to make this a surprising and delicious jam!
Spiced Pear Butter (8 oz.): Fresh Anjou pears, pure cane sugar, lemon, Vermont boiled cider syrup and fresh orange peel combine for natural, old-fashioned autumn flavor that can be enjoyed year-round.
Raspberry Chocolate Jam (4 oz.): This rich, decadent Raspberry Chocolate Jam combines fresh tart raspberries
with bittersweet Barry Callebaut Chocolate for a delightful dessert jam - perfect for your valentine or sweetheart any day of the year!
Jalapeno, Apricot and Wildflower Honey Jam (4 oz.): We use local honey from hives in Geneva, Florida and combine it with three types of peppers, red sweet, jalapeno, and just a touch of habanero along with apricots, apple cider vinegar and pure cane sugar.
