We use a combination of fresh blackberries, Callebaut chocolate and Chambord liquor to create this jam. It is a delightful dessert jam, fabulous over ice cream, poached pears or eaten straight out of the jar. You can use this as a cake filling, between two layers of puff pastry or simply on your scone or breakfast toast.
