This jam is based on a recipe from Christine Ferber, my idol and the fairy godmother of jams. Fresh strawberries combined with the highest quality balsamic vinegar and a hit of pepper take this strawberry jam to the next level. This jam is fabulous as a breakfast spread, cake filling, atop creamy white cheeses and eaten straight from the jar. Enjoy!
